Our story

Started by a sign maker, built around one team

Smart Signboard was founded in Dubai by Tahir Asif, who has worked in sign making for 15 years. He started the company with a simple idea: the people who survey your site should be the same people who design, make and install your sign, so one team is responsible from the first visit to the day it is switched on.

Nine years later, we have installed more than 5,000 signs across Dubai from our workshop in Al Quoz: 3D letters, LED and neon signs, shop fronts, light boxes, pylons, wayfinding and LED screens, for shops, restaurants, offices, clinics and developers.

We still work the way we started. Every project begins with a free site survey, every price is itemised, the approval paperwork is handled for you, and every sign carries a 1-year warranty.

Our workshop

We make every sign in our own workshop in Al Quoz, and our own team installs it at your location anywhere in Dubai.
