Since May 2026, DET requires shopfront signs to follow stricter rules. We design to them from the first sketch and handle the approval.

How much does a shop sign cost in Dubai?

Our shop signs start from AED 1,500 for a small non-lit board. Illuminated 3D letters and full fascias cost more, depending on size, material and access. A free site survey gives you an exact, itemised price.

Do I need a permit for my shop sign in Dubai?

Yes. Most external business signs need a permit. The authority depends on your location: DET or Dubai Municipality on the mainland, DDA in TECOM zones, DMCC in JLT and Trakhees in JAFZA. We prepare and submit the application for you.

Does my sign need to be in Arabic?

Yes. Under the 2026 DET shopfront rules, your trade name must appear in Arabic above English, and both must match the name on your trade licence.

How long does it take to make and install a sign board?

Most shop signs take 2–4 weeks from survey to installation, including one to two weeks for the permit. Fabrication takes about 5–10 working days, and installation is usually done in one day or night.

Is LED neon better than glass neon?

For most businesses, yes. LED neon uses less power, runs cool, is much harder to break and is cheaper to repair. Glass neon has a slightly softer glow and suits heritage or specialist designs.

What warranty do you give?

Our signs carry a 1-year warranty on materials, LEDs, power supplies and workmanship. The full terms are written on your quote.
